SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

The KY/TN Water Professionals Conference provides networking opportunities, engaging technical programming, and innovative equipment exhibitions for all professionals in the water sector. This event is also a celebration of the work we all do that benefits so many, and this year will be no exception. WPC24 looks to attract over 1,600 of your peers from hundreds of different companies, utilities, and organizations, including 250 exhibit booths.

DIAMOND LEVEL: $9,000

• Additional advertising placement on an item or at a conference event (options include attendee bags, lanyards, ice cream socials, student programming, or beer & wine at our receptions on Sunday or Monday; we can also design a custom option for you)
• Prior year's sponsor has first right of refusal until 12/31/2023
• Two (2) full conference attendee registrations
• Company logo on conference website with hyperlink to your website
• Company logo displayed on electronic signage throughout convention center (as available)
• Company logo displayed at the registration area
• Company logo displayed within the CWP-KT and KY/TN AWWA joint conference magazine (must register by 5/6/2024)
• Company logo displayed on outside cover of the conference program (must register by 6/17/2024)
• One page ad in the conference program (must register and submit ad by 6/17/2024)
• Logo included with all meeting room presentation screensavers (to scroll during technical session breaks)
• May provide one (1) company promotional item (not a handout) to be included in attendee registration bags

PLATINUM LEVEL: $6,000

• Additional advertising placement on an item or at a conference event (options include mobile app, signage, Member Celebration band, Member Celebration photo booth, group transportation, Monday's Exhibit Hall competitions, recharging lounges in the Exhibit Hall, and our coffee bars on Monday and Tuesday; we can also design a custom option for you)
