What is the Water Professionals Conference (WPC)?
The Clean Water Professionals of Kentucky & Tennessee (CWP-KT) and the Kentucky/Tennessee American Water Works Association (KY/TN AWWA) will hold our 22nd Annual Water Professionals Conference July 19-22, 2026, at the Central Bank Center in Lexington, KY. This conference provides networking opportunities, engaging technical programming, and innovative equipment exhibitions for attendees and exhibitors in the water sector. This event is also a celebration of the work we all do that benefits so many, and WPC26 will be no exception. Having a common venue in which to learn, share, and understand enables more collaborative solutions to water sector challenges. We look forward to seeing you in Lexington!

What is the attendee registration refund policy if I determine later I cannot attend?
We will continue to offer an expanded refund period this year. You have the flexibility to cancel your registration for a full refund up until May 4, 2026. Cancellations received May 5, 2026, through July 6, 2026, will be refunded 25%. No refunds are provided for cancellations (for any reason) received on or after July 7, 2026. This policy excludes sponsorships or golf registrations, which are non-refundable.
