ATTENDEE PRICING & INCLUSIONS

NEW THIS YEAR:
JOIN AND SAVE
Non-members can now take advantage of member pricing during registration. Simply select the “Registration + Membership” rate and enjoy immediate savings on your conference pass. A representative from our team will follow up to complete your membership details.
Unlock the benefits of membership and attend at the best value! Saving on your WPC26 registration is just one of the many benefits in membership with our conference host organizations!
- KY/TN AWWA is one of 43 sections of the American Water Works Association (AWWA), the largest non-profit, scientific, and educational association dedicated to managing and treating water, the world's most important resource.
- Clean Water Professionals of Kentucky & Tennessee (CWP-KT) is the local Member Association of the national Water Environment Federation (WEF). WEF is a not-for-profit technical and educational organization of 34,000 individual members and 75 affiliated Member Associations representing water quality professionals around the world.
TICKETED AWARD BREAKFAST AND LUNCH EVENTS
Please note that this year, the Monday Welcome Breakfast/Opening Session, Monday Awards Luncheon, and Tuesday Awards Breakfast, are not included with general registration. Participants who wish to attend these meal functions will need to purchase individual tickets during the registration process. Tickets are $20.00 per event. Thank you for your understanding as we work to provide the best possible experience for all attendees.
NOTE: These ticketed events are included with the Student and Guest registration type.
ATTENDEE REGISTRATION PRICING AND INCLUSIONS
Young Professionals pricing applies to attendees aged 35 and under. We encourage you to join for the entire conference, but if you're only able to join us for a portion, definitely consider Young Professionals Day on Monday, July 20, which includes special YP programming and a social networking event.
Students must be a member of an active student chapter. To be eligible for full conference registration, volunteering is required; options are noted here and during registration. Otherwise, students can attend on Monday at no charge and without volunteering by presenting an active Student ID.
Utility Expo Open House - Monday, July 20, 3:00pm to 6:00pm: This registration type is reserved exclusively for Utility employees and provides an opportunity to visit the Exhibit Hall only at a reduced rate (does not include technical sessions or meals). Monday's Exhibit Hall schedule includes our ice cream social, competitions, and evening reception, in addition of course to networking with our exhibitors, sponsors, and other attendees.
