OPERATORS - If you hold an operator license, your license information should be displayed on your transcript. That license information is used to report your classroom hours to the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet and/or Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation. If your license information is not displayed, that means that we do NOT have it on file and are not able to send along to these agencies. Please reply directly to this email if you need to update your license information or have other questions. |

MUNICIPAL UTILITY BOARD MEMBERS - Select sessions at WPC26 were eligible for KY Municipal Utility Board Member credit as approved by the Tennessee Comptroller's Office. Your transcript is provided as a courtesy. Your credits are tracked and kept on file, but your hours are not reported, so no license information is required. Please keep this transcript for your records. |

IMPORTANT - VERIFY OPERATOR CEU INFORMATION
In order for your Operator CEU credit to be submitted to Tennessee or Kentucky, we
need accurate answers to the following questions in your registration record:
Do you need Operator Credit (Water, Wastewater, or Both)? For which state?
What is the priority credit for your license/certification (CS, WW, DS, WT)?
TN: Provide your Operator License Number(s) and Preferred Application Category
KY: Provide your Agency Interest Number and Operator License Number(s)
Your answers (as on file) are listed below in the red box. If any of the following is
missing or incorrect, or if there is no information listed below the line and you need
credit, stop by the registration desk to get this corrected as soon as possible.
If you do not need OPERATOR credit, no further information is required. PE license information is not required from engineers.
