SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

The KY/TN Water Professionals Conference provides networking opportunities, engaging technical programming, and innovative equipment exhibitions for all professionals in the water sector. This event is also a celebration of the work we all do that benefits so many, and this year will be no exception. WPC26 looks to attract over 2,200 of your peers from hundreds of different companies, utilities, and organizations, including 300 exhibit booths.

New for WPC26 Sponsorships
To register for a Sponsorship (Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver Only, or YP Only), access the WPC26 Sponsorship Registration site.

• Diamond and Platinum Sponsorships:
  These sponsorships are currently on hold for first-right-of-refusal (until January 17) for previous WPC25 sponsors. If you're interested in these sponsorships, email us at admin@kytnwpc.org to join the notification list in case they become available.

• Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver Sponsors can add Golf and YP Sponsorship options during the Sponsorship Registration process.

DIAMOND LEVEL: $9,000 

Additional advertising placement on an item or at a conference event, options include:

• MiniFig LEGO Bar (AVAILABLE - New Sponsorship for 2026)

           Put your brand directly in the hands of attendees with custom-branded minifigure base plates and branded souvenir stickers that accompany each LEGO minifigure guests                  build and take home. This interactive activation naturally draws participants in and provides the sponsor with strong visibility and memorable brand exposure throughout the                 event.

                    New - Bourbon Tasting Experience (1 of 2 Available)
                          During the Membership Celebration at LexLive, attendees can enjoy a guided bourbon tasting in the LexLive theatre led by local personality Bill Meck. The tasting                                    accommodates up to 45 participants and offers a relaxed setting to connect while experiencing Kentucky’s signature spirit. Sponsor may invite up to 10 guests to                                    this memorable attendee experience.
