WPLA PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Water Professionals Leadership Academy 2026-2027 (WPLA27) will identify and develop the next generation of leaders in the water industry through training sessions and team building activities that incorporate personal and professional development.
A total of 6 two-day sessions (Thursday afternoon – Friday morning) will be conducted between October 2026 and May 2027, and we will host a special graduation at our 2027 KY/TN Water Professionals Conference.
Our WPLA class size is limited to 16 participants to ensure maximum engagement and individual guidance. We have a good mix of utility, consultant, manufacturer, regulator, and academia representatives.

FEES AND INCLUSIONS
Cost of enrollment is $900 per participant, which includes full conference registration at WPC27. Participants and their home organizations are responsible for all transportation and lodging costs for the six sessions and WPC27.
