After graduating from the University of Alabama, Kristen joined Croy’s Municipal Utilities department. She is dedicated to improving her skills and abilities, as demonstrated by earning her Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification. Her passion for the water industry is evident through her contributions to various municipal utilities projects across the Southeast. Outside of work, Kristen is actively involved in the community through professional organizations such as the Georgia Association of Water Professionals (GAWP) and the American Council of Engineering Companies of Georgia (ACEC Georgia). Kristen is a graduate of ACEC Georgia’s 2025 Future Leaders Program and was also selected to be a mentee in GAWP’s 2025 Women Making Waves Mentoring Program.
