Paul Couey is a Sr. Survey Project Manager and the Survey Lead at LDA Engineering. Currently enrolled in the Surveying and Mapping Program at East Tennessee State University. He has over 18 years of progressive surveying experience and is currently a PLSIT, Professional Land Surveyor in Training. Throughout his extensive career in surveying, Paul has been involved in various types of surveys, including ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and Utility Corridor Surveys. He has managed over 250 survey projects and played a key role in the completion of over 1,000 miles of various utility projects.
