Anil Tangirala, PE, CFM, ENV SP is a professional engineer and certified floodplain manager with 19 years of experience in water resources engineering with an emphasis on hydrologic, hydraulic and water quality modeling. Mr. Tangirala is proficient in green infrastructure planning, stormwater management, and flood mitigation. He has served as a Project Manager and lead engineer for various municipal, state, and federal projects where he conducted detailed hydrologic, hydraulic and water quality modeling for several projects involving storm flooding, sanitary sewer overflows and combined sewer overflows. He is also very proficient with riverine hydraulics and has conducted numerous detailed hydrologic, hydraulic and sediment transport analyses for various studies in the Midwest as part of Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Map Modernization and RiskMAP program.
