He has over 29 years of experience in the management and design for all phases of water, stormwater, and sanitary sewer systems. He provides a wide range of technical services including assessment and evaluation of sanitary sewer collection systems and pump stations, design of trenchless rehabilitation of sewers, developing GIS, developing asset management systems and master plans, and management of comprehensive wastewater rehabilitation.
