Zack Bloomfield is an Area Manager in Garney’s Mid-South region and is responsible for procurement and management of multiple traditional bid, alternate procurement, and power and industrial focused water and wastewater pipeline projects. Zack has been employed in the construction industry for 24 years and has been managing projects for Garney for the past 15 years. Since joining Garney in 2009, Zack has managed 0 million in water and wastewater pipeline projects. Zack graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Eastern Kentucky University.
