NEXT ROUND RETURNS TO WPC25!
The Next Round Brewing Project is a joint venture between Clean Water Professionals of Kentucky and Tennessee (CWP), and local stakeholders in the water industry to educate the public on water reclamation and reuse. As water stresses continue to grow globally, it is important to educate the public about the challenges and changing relationships communities will face with their water. While Tennessee is a water rich state, some local cities have begun looking at water reuse and how it can be used to better their communities. Beer, made of approximately 90% water, will have different flavor profiles based on the mineral content and quality of the water used. Breweries are therefore an ideal partner to showcase the potential water reuse has with the public.
