Angela Jones, PE, CPM, manages the Engineering Services Unit in the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation’s Division of Water Resources. Angela earned her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University. She has worked in the water resources field since 1996, with three decades of experience in both the public and private sectors.
