Mark Heinzer, P.E. is the Administrator of the City of Chattanooga’s Wastewater Department and is a Professional Civil Engineer currently registered in Ohio and Tennessee. He is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP), a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC), and a Certified Professional in Municipal Stormwater Management (CPMSM). Mark completed a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Toledo, Toledo, Ohio in 1993 and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering in 1999. Since then, Mark has worked in the public sector for both Municipal and State level agencies as well as in the private sector as a consultant. Mark has extensive experience with stormwater and wastewater management at the municipal level.
