Sheena holds a Master's degree from Texas A&M University and has experience across a broad range of water resources projects, including potable and wastewater systems, distribution system modeling and design, stormwater management and design, and permitting and compliance for both wastewater and stormwater systems. She has also supported clients in securing funding through programs including CDBG, SRF, and WIFIA. Since joining the LDA Nashville office in 2025, she has continued to work with utilities across the region on planning and infrastructure challenges.
