Mr. O’Dette is a WEF Fellow for the Division of Water Resources at TDEC. He has 55 years of experience in wastewater treatment and residuals (more than 40 as a TDEC regulator). Bob has served as President and a WEF Director for the KT-WEA and is a member of the Hall of Fame. He has presented more than 100 technical papers on 5 continents.
