Steve is a University of Kentucky graduate, licensed engineer, and certified educator with 20 years of experience serving public and private sector clients. He works as a project manager and design engineer, with expertise in stormwater planning, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, FEMA floodplain analysis, and regulatory support. His experience includes site-level quantity and quality controls for development projects, community-wide stormwater master planning, and modeling that informs large-scale stormwater capital improvement programs. Steve served as Strand’s project manager for the Gatton Park project, where he led the stormwater evaluation and stream bank restoration.
