Becky Higgins is a senior engineer in the Water + Environment market at Gresham Smith. She holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota. She has spent the last 15 years of her career focused on stormwater management, modeling, and design for municipal, state, and federal clients. She holds her PE in 6 states and is a Certified Floodplain Manager in the state of Tennessee. Outside of work, she enjoys baking sourdough, taking her husky for long walks, and travelling.
