Jon Lane is currently the Assistant Director of the Water & Sewer Services Department for the City of Johnson City in Tennessee. He has worked for the City for over 10 years, and currently oversees the Water & Sewer Department’s Capital Improvement Plan. Jon graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and also has a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University. He is currently a licensed Professional Engineer in Tennessee and also possesses a Project Management PMP certification.
