Founded in 1985 in Tompkinsville, Kentucky, Cleary Construction has grown from a small family-owned business into a regional infrastructure contractor serving municipal, industrial, and private sector clients across the region. Guided by the values established by founder Ronnie H. Cleary, including putting people first, doing the job the right way, and investing in people, the company established the Cleary Academy in 2019 to help prepare the next generation of construction professionals.

The program provides high school seniors with meaningful career opportunities through apprenticeships, mentorship, and hands on learning. Beyond the program, Cleary extends its commitment to workforce development through partnerships with local schools, career fairs, and community outreach that encourage students to explore careers in construction.
