Joe currently serves as Jacobs’ global principal of digital water and smart metering and is our resident technology subject matter expert. With more than 24 years of experience, Joe is an AMI expert, and he’s worked with water utilities around the world to design and deploy technology that improves their operational efficiency and reduces costs. He helps water utilities understand the technology options available to solve their business challenges. Joe is vendor-independent and dedicated to helping clients make decisions that positively impact their operational needs both today and in the future. He works with utility personnel to select the right technology through procurement, vendor evaluation, and negotiations.
