Carey Aitken is a Civil Engineer with the City of Cookeville, Tennessee. She has over 25 years of experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater design and project management. Carey began her career in consulting in Lexington, Kentucky then moved into municipal government with the City of Cookeville. Carey has worked in both engineering and operations for the City. She has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky, a MS in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Tech University, and her professional engineering license.
