Sarah Chandler is a Principal with Jackson Thornton & Company specializing in utility consulting. She has more than 20 years of experience in the utilities industry and focuses her practice on cost of service, rate design, and financial forecasting. Sarah has worked with water, wastewater, electric and natural gas utilities throughout the southeast. She currently serves on AWWA’s Finance, Accounting and Management Controls Committee, the M-85 Committee, as well as the Publications Subcommittee. Sarah is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in corporate finance.
