With over 20 years of experience as a dedicated Customer Service Representative, Tori has a skillset in face-to-face, phone and computer-based interactions with customers. Proud to be one of the four CSRs responsible for providing customer support to over 19,000 customers, Tori ensures their essential needs are met with professionalism and care.
Tori is an active trainer in the annual customer service certification program for the KY/TN chapter, embracing opportunities to help others understand the critical role of customer service in utilities. She is also an active member of Women of Water in the KY/TN sector, where she continues learning and growing, striving to elevate my contributions within the water utility industry.
Tori is the proud mother of two beautiful children, who inspire her every day to give her best in both personal and professional life.
