My personal mission is to identify talent in others, putting them in positions where they can thrive and make a meaningful impact on their communities, while my leadership philosophy is rooted in helping clients achieve their goals through sound design principles. I firmly believe in empowering people to accomplish rather than merely perform tasks.

With a background that includes growing up on a family farm in East Tennessee, I have developed a unique perspective that blends hard work with technical and commercial expertise. My professional journey has taken me through national construction and infrastructure product sales, engineering consulting for both small and large firms, municipal city engineering, and leadership roles in regional and state organizations.
