Steve is a 1983 graduate of Tennessee Tech University and a registered professional engineer in 4 states. He began his career with the Johnson City, Tennessee Department of Water and Sewer Services where he worked for 5 years, gaining experience in the operations of utility systems. Steve is presently LDA Engineering’s Chief Engineer. He has over 42 years of experience in planning and design of water and wastewater facilities, leading the design effort on a wide range of water and wastewater projects including treatment facilities, pumping stations, collection and distribution systems, water storage, and wastewater equalization tanks. He is also experienced in municipal landfill design and site planning and design. Steve is a life member of AWWA, and a member of NSPE, ASCE, WEF, and is a past-president of the American Council of Consulting Engineers of Tennessee.
