Keith Webb grew up in Asheville North Carolina and has spent the majority of his professional
career assisting water and sewer utilities in Western North Carolina and East Tennessee to meet
ever changing environmental regulations and plan and prepare for future growth and service
demands. Keith has spent the previous 39 years as partner with McGill Associates and has
assisted with the planning and design of more than 50 wastewater treatment plants, water
treatment plants, sewer collection systems and water distribution systems. Prior to joining
McGill Associates Keith served as the water department engineer for the City of Asheville water
and sewer system. He began his career in Charleston, South Carolina and assisted with the
development of Charleston’s 1983 Stormwater Master plan.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, and is a
registered professional engineer in Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina.
