Blaire Brooks is a Managing Consultant with TruePani Inc., an engineering firm specialized in reducing lead in drinking water. She leads technical assistance projects supporting utilities in achieving compliance with the Lead and Copper Rule Revisions and Improvements (LCRR/LCRI), including inventory development, visual inspections, and strategies to address unknowns using statistical methods. Blaire also serves as the Program Manager for Tennessee’s Lead Testing in Schools and Child Care Centers (LTSCC) Program, overseeing statewide facility outreach, coordination, and remediation support.
