Join us for a one-of-a-kind mobile workshop experience aboard the historic Three Rivers Rambler train! This special Wednesday morning session combines professional development with a scenic journey through Knoxville’s rich water infrastructure history.
Departing from University Commons near Downtown Knoxville, the Rambler will travel 11 miles along a picturesque route lined with historical landmarks, culminating at the Three Rivers Trestle, where the French Broad and Holston Rivers merge to form the Tennessee River.
During the ride, attendees will participate in engaging Clean Water and Drinking Water workshops, featuring discussions and on-the-go insights into some of KUB’s most significant water assets, including the Kuwahee Clean Water Plant and the Mark B. Whitaker Drinking Water Plant and much more.
Attendees must drive and park at the boarding location by 8:15 AM sharp to ensure timely departure by 8:30 AM
