As the demand for clean water and sustainable water management grows, the need for skilled water professionals has never been more critical. This presentation will outline innovative strategies for recruiting and engaging the next generation of water industry leaders through the Kentucky/Tennessee American Water Works Association (AWWA) and Clean Water Professionals (CWP) Student Committee.
