Erin Wagoner is Community Benefits and Partnerships Manager for Louisville MSD and responsible for leadership and direction for strategic agency partnerships and maximizing positive community impacts through MSD’s work in communities. Ms. Wagoner works with stakeholders at the local, state, and federal levels to build partnerships that support MSD business lines, pursue grant funding, support education programming, promote workforce development, and support Community Benefits. Ms. Wagoner serves on behalf of MSD’s executive director on the Louisville/Jefferson County Environmental Trust board.

Ms. Wagoner is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a master’s in Civil and Environmental Engineering and has over 20 years of municipal support experience in the water sector. She was honored as National Society of Professional Engineers’ National Young Engineer of the Year in 2017 and has held leadership roles on the boards of KSPE, Leadership PE, and Water Environment Federation’s Stormwater Policy Subcommittee.
