David has been with Metro Nashville for 5 years and has over 29 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry. Throughout his career, he has served in varying positions that include maintenance, operational, managerial, and administrative roles. With the current title of Treatment Plant Manager, David is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the 90 MGD KR Harrington treatment plant. David has earned a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Environmental Sustainability. David holds a TN Grade 4 Water Treatment license, TN Grade 2 Water Distribution license and a TN Grade 1 Wastewater Collection System license. He enjoys time with family, camping, trips to the beach and basketball, especially Kentucky Basketball.
