Cassandra Anderson serves as a Customer Relations Supervisor with the Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District. Cassandra has over 17 years of service with the Metropolitan Sewer District, and her professional role in the service center is to provide information and educational resources to our local citizens, with a goal to cultivate a healthier and cleaner community.

Cassandra works as a first responder in the call center providing essential information to the public and to management during some of the community’s worst rain events.

Cassandra formerly attended Eastern Kentucky University. She received her bachelor's degree from Indiana Tech University.

Cassandra is a former member of the Business & Professional Women of River City, has served as an Ambassador/mentor for the Evers Academy for African American Males. She served as a volunteer with the Jefferson County Public Schools “Middle School Connection” program also.
