Lori Rafferty, PE, CFM - Lori Rafferty is a professional engineer and certified floodplain manager. She has worked in the engineering field for over 20 years, working at MSD since 2004. She has a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisville’s Speed School. Lori currently leads the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System program, floodplain program, and Drainage Response Initiative program as the Assistant Director of Stormwater Services.
