Heather Mullen is a Community Engineering Program Engineer at the American Water Works Association (AWWA) where she supports AWWA's participation in the Community Engineering Corps (CECorps) Program. Heather also develops projects, project teams and manages projects from conception through delivery. Prior to joining AWWA, Heather consulted as a Water/Wastewater Design Engineer. Outside of work, Heather is volunteering within the RMWEA YP committee and helping develop the 2025 ASCE Colorado Drinking Water Report Card.
