Heather Mullen is a dedicated, passionate water/wastewater engineering professional. She graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in December 2021 where she received a BS in their Engineering+ program. Within the program, Heather focused on Environmental Engineering and an emphasis in Environmental Policy. Heather’s background is in private consulting where she focused on collection systems flow monitoring, GIS mapping, and construction services. In her role at Community Engineering Corps, she manages volunteer teams to produce pro-bono engineering deliverables across the civil infrastructure industry for underserved communities.
