David Bible is a Project Manager in the Chattanooga office of Stantec Consulting Services Inc. David has over 30 years of experience in wastewater and water engineering and has overseen numerous projects from planning and design through construction and operation. David earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Tennessee and Georgia and a member of Water Environment Federation, Clean Water Professionals of Kentucky and Tennessee, and American Society of Civil Engineers
