Pat Brown is Stantec’s Jackson Water Program Manager and brings over 36 years of experience in the federal, municipal, and private utility industry with specific emphasis on water/wastewater operations and maintenance, asset management, condition assessment, rehabilitation, design, and construction management. His extensive program/project management involves a wide range of complexities with contract values in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Pat is a Combat Veteran, retired in the rank of Colonel after serving 30 years as a US Army Reserve Engineer Officer.
