Xavier Pedeux, PE is a Program Manager with the Jacobs Engineering Chattanooga office, where he is responsible for managing the City’s Consent Decree Program and developing Program solutions. Xavier has 25 years of experience in the water and sewer industry. He started his career with a water utility in the Greater Paris area, France, and then with a major water utility in Melbourne, Australia. After that, he worked as an international water and sewer consultant in various continents, and then got involved in the Cleveland, OH wet weather Consent Decree Program and the Detroit, MI water & sewer Capital Improvement Program. Xavier is a licensed Professional Engineer in Tennessee. He, his wife Nancy-Kate, and their son Fletcher, have made Chattanooga their home. He earned a Bachelor and Masters in Civil Engineering, and a Masters in Physics from the Universities of Paris and Grenoble, France, and Manchester, UK.
