Shannon Pratt has a Grade 4 Wastewater certification in the State of Tennessee and is the Quality Manager for LabtronX, a company specializing in the maintenance and calibration of utility lab equipment and flow meters. Shannon began her career in 2001 as a Chemist working for a couple of environmental labs in Middle Tennessee. She moved on to work for the State of TN for over 10 years training operators where she fell in love with wastewater. In 2014, she worked for a public utility as their Lab Analyst and was finally able to sit for the state wastewater exam. She now works for LabtronX as their Office Manager/Quality Manager, maintaining documentation on calibrations and preparing SOPs for the service technicians.
