Ms. Allen is an environmental engineer with experience in wastewater / water reclamation as well as drinking water treatment. Ms. Allen has been a process engineer across a variety of wastewater improvements and design projects. She has experience in the design of preliminary treatment (screenings and grit removal), chemical systems, biosolids dewatering and storage, UV disinfection, and hydraulic modeling. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia College of Engineering and a licensed Professional Engineer.
