Bill is a registered professional engineer in Tennessee and a member of Clean Water Professionals of Kentucky and Tennessee and KY-TN AWWA. He has been with Barge for the last 19 years working primarily on planning, upgrading, optimizing, and designing water and wastewater treatment plants. Prior to joining Barge, he worked as a research faculty member at Vanderbilt University.
He is currently living in Nashville with his wife and dog. In his spare time, he enjoys travel, being on the water, and enjoying the outdoors.
