Scott Andrews, PE, serves as a Utilities Engineer with the City of Franklin TN Water Management Department. He has over 12 years experiences in civil engineering, including experience in computer modeling, geotechnical investigation, construction materials testing and inspection, and 8 years of experience with the City of Franklin reviewing plans for new development, administering the process by which new requests for water and wastewater service are processed and approved, and evaluation of the capacity of the wastewater collection system.
