Justin is a water sector professional with almost 20 years of experience in Kentucky and Tennessee. A proud graduate of the Univeristy of Kentucky, he is honored to help improve our communities by working closely with utility owners and operators to solve complex challenges. In his role at Jacobs, he serves as the Deputy Program Manager for Chattanooga’s Consent Decree Program. Along with his role at Jacobs he also volunteers as an officer for Clean Water Professionals of Kentucky and Tennessee and serves on the Water Professionals Leadership Academy Committee.
