Justin earned a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky in 2005. Since then he as made a career helping Water Sector utilities solve complex problems. He wears a lot of hats, but officially is the Chattanooga Market Lead for Jacobs where he focuses on water infrastructure. Justin is a registered Professional Engineer in Tennessee. He serves as Tennessee Vice President for Kentucky/Tennessee Clean Water Professionals.
