Mr. Stephens has been involved in the Water and Wastewater Industry since 2009. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelors and Masters of Sciences in Civil/Environmental Engineering. He is a registered engineer in the states of Texas, Tennessee and Georgia. His area of focus in his career is treatment plants, process analysis, hydraulic design and enjoys managing teams of professionals developing solutions for municipal clients. Mr. Stephens is married and is the father of five children. He enjoys boating, woodworking and working in the yard.
