Mr. Duplantis has spent the majority of his career in private consulting where he has been in responsible charge of design, project management, construction management, quality assurance and business development. His focus has been on sanitary sewer collection and transmission, water distribution, drainage, and street and roadway markets where he has led multiple environmental projects associated with new infrastructure as well as infrastructure reconstruction/rehabilitation.
