Darryl has over 15 years of experience in project management and has managed and/or designed various municipal water projects including filter backwash systems, chemical treatment, filtration systems, pump efficiency tests, regulatory compliance, fire protection, conversion to liquid sodium hypochlorite, hydraulic performance calculations, thrust restraint, water system modeling, ArcGIS mapping, asset management, cross connection prevention, water treatment plant upgrades, and water main extensions and upgrades. He has also helped write municipal utility service policy improvements and amendments.
