Jacob Mathis is a Professional Engineer licensed in Kentucky and Indiana with over 20 years of experience managing the design, permitting and construction of residential, commercial, military, and municipal projects. He has been with Louisville MSD, since 2012, where he currently serves as Engineering Manager - Collections System and Construction managing a team of nine (9) engineers responsible for the design, permitting and construction of MSD's Capital Improvement Projects required for compliance with its Federal Consent Decree. Prior to becoming an MSD Engineering Manager, Jacob served as MSD Project Manager for the 0M Waterway Protection Tunnel and 6M MFWQTC Biosolids Processing Solution projects. Jacob has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. Jacob has been married to his wife, Charity, for 15 years and has two sons, Ethan (12) and Reece (9).
