Jacob Mathis is a Professional Engineer licensed in Kentucky and Indiana with over 20 years of experience managing the design, permitting and construction of residential, commercial, military and municipal projects. He has been with Louisville MSD, since 2012, where he currently serves as Engineering Manager - Collections System and Construction managing a team of four (4) engineers responsible for the design, permitting and construction of MSD's Capital Improvement Projects required for compliance with its Federal Consent Decree. Jacob has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. Jacob has been married to his wife, Charity, for 14 years and has two sons, Ethan (11) and Reece (9).
