Mr. Noronha is a member of Black & Veatch’s Civil Works Group and Project Management & Construction Management Division. He has 22 years of experience, the last 18 with Black & Veatch. Mr. Noronha has been involved in tunnel and reservoir design, engineering analyses, geotechnical investigations, geotechnical baseline reports, risk mitigation, development of drawings and specifications, and tunnel inspection and construction management. His experience spans several states within North America; urban and rural environments; nine tunnels totaling over 46 miles in length.
