Leslie K. Johnson is the Deputy Director of Public Works for the City of Red Bank Tennessee. Departmental oversight includes capital projects, urban planning, parks and recreation, and stormwater management. As a solutions-oriented professional with more than twenty years of public service experience in community development, Leslie brings a professional presence capable of blending big picture viewpoints, with considerations to inspire others, build community trust and achieve organizational goals. Having earned a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Tennessee, Leslie is also a Certified Municipal Finance Officer (C FO) and a Certified Parks and Recreational Professional (CPRP).
