Kevin is a University of Kentucky alum with a BS in Natural Resource Management. After working for about 10 years, he returned to the classroom to earn his MBA. He started his career developing a GIS system for a water and wastewater system and then he transferred to the water plant earning his Class IVA Drinking Water Treatment license and a Class IV Water Distribution license. After several years, Kevin was promoted from Operator into management. He has significant experience within both the water and wastewater utility industries, both small and large from Gary, IN to central Georgia. He has served in varying roles at municipal, private and a utility districts, as well as working as an engineering consultant. He is currently the Engineering Manager at Tennessee American Water in Chattanooga, TN.
